Wealth Circle session 2 with Nicholas Chia

Today, 26 Jan 208, we had a 2nd round of session for Nicholas Chia's Wealth Creation Program.
Participants of this Wealth Circle are not many, and i am fortunate to be inside for the next 2 years. =)

5 modules we went through today:
1) What is your definition of retirement?
2) Knowing your Balance sheet, profits/loss, cashflow statement
(Don't bother really learning from your professors who may not even kept a good balance sheet of their finance!)
3) Profit/ Loss ==> by lowering expenses. How?
4) Profit/ Loss ==> by increasing your income. How?
5) Invest on Cashflow.
Never chase investements. When you chase, you will end up into trouble.Potential may be lost when you chase.
Never get nervous while investing, and never shift investments without good knowledge of situation.

And received some seeds for the Money pot! Flower seeds to grow a pot of flowers, which really literally signifies how well our wealth grows. Everytime we meet for Wealth Circle session, we will have to bring the pot of flower and eventually, we may plant it in the gardens of Nicholas Chia. =)

So what if there's good product? Not all can do it! This is where Arthur comes in again.... With Arthur's business experience, a good coaching system is necessary. Long time never sit down, relax and have a good meal with "family". :)

I really regard these bunch of pple in GSS as family, cos we've been through thick and thin to what we have become today. (And i miss James...)

Life is not just a path after University life, but there's a CHOICE to make, whether i want to continue my stuck-up routine job, or dare to venture, accept challenges there is to come with Franchise Trading

Arthur Yap, our new mentor and coach, taught us this philosophy... "It is easy to die...WAnting to die is easy. You know what the challenge is? It is to DARE to LIVE." I will explain this philosophy later in my blogs.

This philosophy in life let me realise what i am facing right now. I KNOW there is a path for me, do business in WBG and succeed in it, OR die. No other choice. This is very clear to me. I hate jobs, corporate jobs. I hate routine. I hate even marrying a guy who can support me and i will feel useless. I hate under the control of pple over my life. I hate working in a company i have no feelings for. Either i do biz, OR i die.

It is PRECISELY because i know this WBG can bring me what i want. If i don't do it, I AM STUPID. REAL STUPID and i shall DIE if i don't succeed in it. If i never know, i might just have a good job and go on with normal life. But now, no. I must succeed, or I will die. No other choice. Dying is easy. DARE to LIVE. This is my interpretation.

Anyway, today we went office for coaching and after that, we went Sakei Sushi to makan, with KL, MingJian and Weijie. And i took a photo of both KL and Mingjian with my new phone!! Samsung G600!! ;)

I do love this phone, but if u ask me friends or material stuffs, FRIENDS still come first. I think i will get a new phone if i have more money, not feeling happy without my friends these days...

I took a shot of KL and Mingjian with it!! Hmm....first time go Sakei sushi with them leh~ ;) Felt happier and blessed now. =) I shall plan more stuffs for later months, febuary, march, april, so i wouldn't feel deprived of time with close friends. Something to look forward to!!
We walked around in Plaza Singapura and walk walk walk....till we reached.....Starhub shop! And Here KL, standing and looking at the billboard at Starhub...He got his eyes on Nokia 6500 slider phone... Kok Leong Premier 31 Jan 2008!! And he will get his phone!! Jia you!!~~*

After leaving PS, i went over to Causeway point because Eepin gave our team a treat for our accomplishments for the first 2 months in FTM. KTV on her treat!!!! Fully paid by her! And both JiehHong and me got a gift from her.... He gets dunno how much ang bao, and i got quite an "expensive toy" from her... a red Titus watch. And i really love it. Thanks Pin... she must really earned quite a bit.. A gratitute gift from her, she said. To have been through all the quarrels, the laughters, and thick and the thin...yup~ ;)

Will hold a Chalet this March somewhere in Singapore! To pay gratitude to all who have worked hard for FTM and i'll invite alot of friends over also! First time i celebrate birthday and annoucing to the WORLD. ahhaaAHA~~* Miss ya guys and Let's work hard together for the next running in FTM!!! Franchise Trading ROX!!!!

Franchise Trading really ROX!!! Even FORM 5 graduate from Malaysia (= Singapore O'levels) also can make it!! He's a fisherman's son, called James and guess what's his age??? ONLY 23 yrs old!!! His girlfriend Esther more incredible!! Current student!!! 1st month into Franchise Trading he is already getting RM$10,000!!!

Today at NTP 10Jan held @ Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), i saw the true power of Franchise Trading Model working on youngsters!!!! Almost more than 30 youngsters!! And ALL were STUNNED! FASINATED! IMPRESSED! by what??!!! The MOOR BAR!!!

The Moor Bar is gonna really take the WOrLD and ANYONE can do the suppling business, and we ARE the Pioneers. It's really gonna take the World and as we focus on Singapore and Malaysia for the current year, we will develop a team of YOUTH ENTREPRENUERS!

Young, Vibrant, Full of energy and Zest, but lack opportunities....This team of Youth group will be formed and we will go into India and China market TOGETHER!!! 2008 WBG Listing will surely go ahead with the plans and once we reached Singapore and Malaysia Number 1, we will move towards other countries!! Singapore bigger or the World?? The World, right??!! And with Singapore as the pioneer, we can TAKE OVER THE WORLD!!! I thank GOD blessed me all this while!! ;)

Exhausted but blessed...

The 5Jan running for Franchise trading was tough...First time ever i really did put in effort into WBG biz ever since it moved from Network marketing to the socially-acceptable Franchise Trading, marketing our worldwide patent Indinine^TM. It felt totally like SPS (Sucess Persuasion Semiar, we used to call that)!! Totally exciting and fun to see many pple chionging for the last day. haha~~!~~*~

People are really into Trading, and recent additions to the group were Jieh Hong(got back to the team after his attachment in China), his new traders Daryl (very tall VERY quiet chap,abt 1.93m), Fu Ming (Also another tall and courageous chap,1.80m), and my team Francis (outspoken student leader back in sec and JC days), Carine and Yvonne(best sister-like friends running Miraeca retailing) and Wati (Malay lady who wants to pioneer the Malay and Indian mkt in Singapore, hubby doing properties for district 9 and 11!!! Very expensive properties!!)
Life's great, and exhausting as well... Everyday no time to think abt depression, just need to chiong chiong chiong...NO TIME to get depressed abt!! So much to do...so much to accomplish...and i'm very happy to have Arthur Yap ard to direct us.. WBG couldn't have survived just on the old marketing plans.

Now, there's really hope for us. There was once Arthur mentioned...People live for a cause, because there is..

Someone to love

I am glad that this monthly run of franchise trading gave me alot of stuffs to do, and really cast the vision that as long as i work hard for 6mths with results, i will definitely be able to quit my stinky job and do what i want to do. Get a boyfriend also!! Something to hope for, because there's Disneyland trip, monthly cheaques which i can easily calculate by number of minitrader volumes i got, a really clear direction(i must admit i am a VERY blur person, but THIS IS SO EASY!!!!!),more money and time for parents and proven success system by Arthur's 11years of biz experience, and people whom i love dearly like Jet, Serene, LongSheng, KL, Cynthia, Pin and the whole of GSS and DTS(Devils Training Session, for the 2nd gen GSS) team!

Very exhausting, but fruitful, as i know ALL i am doing now, is to path the road for a smooth ride in the future, when we go really WORLDWIDE with Indinine, together Arthur and Nicholas chia, we head for India and China to conquer the WORLD!! haha~~ That's a vision. ;)
I hope for a real short break, like a KTV or movie(actually getting sick of it), but i just want a gathering of friends (really burnt out...)... Planning to go on a chalet for GSS +DTS Team in March! ;) Go Premier Go Premier first! GSS + DTS team let's do it together!!! ;)

How do i stop my negative thoughts?

"How do I stop my negative thoughts?" - is a question that I have been asked many times. If you have ever asked this question then you will feel such enormous relief in knowing the answer, because it is so simple. How do you stop negative thoughts? You plant good thoughts!

The truth is always simple and it is always easy. To stop negative thoughts, just plant good thoughts! Deliberately plant good thoughts! You plant good thoughts by making it a daily practice to appreciate all the things in your day. Appreciate your health, your car, your home, your family, your job, your friends, your surroundings, your meals, your pets, and the magnificent beauty of the day. Compliment, praise, and give thanks to all things. Every time you say "Thank you" it is a good thought! As you plant more and more good thoughts, the negative thoughts will be wiped out. Why? Because your focus is on good thoughts, and what you focus on you attract.

So don't give any attention to negative thoughts. Don't worry about them. If any come, make light of them, shrug them off, and let them be your reminder to deliberately think more good thoughts now.

The more good thoughts you can plant in a day, the faster your life will be utterly transformed into all good. If you spend only one day speaking of good things and saying "Thank you" at every single opportunity, you will not believe your tomorrow. Deliberately thinking good thoughts is exactly like planting seeds. New Year 2008!! With GREAT resolutions!!

"Best time to take stock of what you did not do in 2007 and set 3 things that you must do in 2008. Start with 3 things that you are extremely proud of that you achieved this year so that you can reaffirm to yourself that you can do the 3 things you set out to do next year. My contribution for 2007 Godson. God bless."

3 things that i did not do well:
1.) Not earning and doing enough to go full time WBG
2.) Not running a full marathon (42.195km)
3.) Not giving my parents enough money i promised them.(but i still give a decent amount)

3 things to do in 2008:
1.) GSS team to have each 10 people and my 10 partners to go HK Disneyland in May 2008
2.) Quit job to be fulltime trader!!!!!
3.) Bring family for a holiday trip! + i still want to run a full marathon!!

3 things i did great in 2007:
1.) Running my first 10km in my life!
2.) Picking up my saxophone and clarinet and still be able to play well again after 5 years
3.) I stayed loyal, stick through thick and thin with WBG.

Resolutions for the year 2008:

1. To be dedicated to my career in WBG as Franchise trader and leader
2. Go fulltime Franchise trading by April 2008 (Be the catalyst to a winning team)
3. GSS team to have each 10 people (about 50partners) and my 10 partners to go HK Disneyland in Mid May 2008
4. Run a full 42.195km marathon
5. To go presidential before getting boyfriend (set good example for duplication in team
6. Give thanks to God daily, be blessed and happy to be with my family and friends i loved dearly
7. To have a good Samsung G600 phone!! *coming soon*
8. To donate $250 per month to World Vision with good financial health
9. To bring the GREATEST support to my dear partners in GSS team in their business
10. To set good example and Lead from the Front!

I don't really crave for material stuffs, because i am happy to have GREAT friends, partners and mentors around me. But, i wouldn't mind having a nice Chopard watch, or having a good nice environmentally friendly hybrid car(if ever Lamborgini or Ferrrari comes out with it). First thing i wanna achieve in WBG is the HK Disneyland trip ! With my promised friends and partners!!! Set eyes on it first. *i still love people better... ;)

Had a great time at WBG for our Choco Festa 2007 countdown!!! pictures aren't uploaded yet, but will be it in a short while ;)

GSS team prepared drinks, (simple rose syrup and lychee drink) while the leaders brought lotsa food!! Got pizzas, cheese, desserts and lotsa chocolates!!!

GSS team is represented by Cynthia and me (the first few who arrived first), followed by KL, Jiehhong, Pin, Daryl, Francis and Weijie! (The 18-25 yrs old team..young, energetic and full of potentials!!) We were the energizer once again for the event that night!!! Awesome..

It was a simple gathering, with no emcees, just great music and eat and chat and laugh away like any family gathering. Champage drink at the end and we go off happily to celebrate the new year @ Clark Quay!! ahaaAAHaA~~*

We met up with Mingjian and Tammie @ Central, and we went to Central MALL after that. Why? To go clubbing!!! NEVER in my life did i go clubbing with GSS before!!! People include cynthia, KL, mingjian, tammie, weijie and yong chun (jio him while he was in WBG office by himself). We went Club NaNa.

Central and Central Mall is totally different place!! We went wrong directions and got tired while walking, but still we reached our destinations and guess what we see inside the club?? THAi girls!!!!!!!!!!! The performers were ALL THAI!!!! Mostly very pretty ladies, and handsome guys...only 1. aahHa~~

Mingjian, Tammie, Weijie, Yongchun and Cynthia enjoyed themselves, while me and KL were...abit...off. I didn't really like going clubbing, but i always tot that, if there were a bunch of close friends with me, i can still handle. BUT nooOOooO....... i still feel.. off. KL felt the same way as i did. Clubs are for...pple will no directions or no better things to do to waste time away. But on the other hand, Mingjian called me when i got home and he said, Clubs are for...pple to release their stress, tension and let go and feel free! There's always the 2 sides of view. No right no wrong. ;)

But you know what i saw?? I see...$$$!!!! Thai girls needs MIRAECA!!! hahaAAHAha~*joking! but it can be done..hehe~~ Cyn knows the owner of the club that's why we got free drinks!!

In the end, KL and i left earlier to go home, because we were dying from boredom. Waited quite a long while to hail a cab home. hmm..nothing very interesting. Talked abt new year resolutions and....YES!!! 2008!!! I will go presidential!! And get a boyfriend only after presidential to set good example for duplication in the team! No boyfriend before presidential!!! i always dreamt abt having a good boyfriend during uni days..but Ever since starting work.. i realised that if i don't have a good career to match with the guy i want, how can i ever get a good boyfriend of the calibre that i want??!! To get the guy i want, i must also have about the same qualities too, isn't it? ahhaAAHA~ Go Presidential! Then boyfriend. haAHa~~* ;) If anyone wants to challenge this arguement, find Jet. ahahaAAHA~~*
